Santiago Arredondo · InteliQData

Messy data in. Decisions before lunch.

I turn messy operational data into dashboards, automations, AI tools, and reports you can actually act on — delivered with an opinion, not a hedge.

Saved by turning a twelve-hour weekly report into a five-minute one.

01 / What I make

Four things, done properly.

01DashboardsOne screen your whole team reads the same way.
02AutomationsThe weekly report that used to eat six hours, gone.
03Analysis reportsThe finding, the number, and what to do about it.
04AI-built internal appsThe small tool your team keeps asking for, shipped this week instead of next quarter.

02 / AI & automation

AI didn't make analysis easier. It made shipping the fix cheaper.

The analysis still takes judgement — that part is mine. What changed is the gap between the finding and the fix: the tool that used to be a three-month IT request is now a week of building with AI in the loop, and I hand it over working.

AI development

Models where they pay off

Forecasts, classification, document extraction, and LLM steps inside a real workflow. If a rule does the job, I'll say so and skip the model.

Automation

The work nobody should be doing

Data pulled, cleaned, joined and delivered on a schedule. Copy-paste, re-keying, and the Monday morning export all disappear.

Vibe-coded apps

A working tool beats a spec

I build the internal app with AI, put it in front of you in days, and change it while you watch. You react to something real instead of approving a document.

The honest version

AI writes a lot of the code. I own the decisions, the data model, and whether the number is right — and I'll tell you which parts of your problem don't need AI at all.

03 / The person

Santiago Arredondo

InteliQData is the name I work under. One person, a point of view, and a promise of clarity — you'll always know who did the work and what they think.

The mark

The Q, read as a crosshair. A sight lining up on the one number that changes the decision. Signal, found in the noise.

04 / Selected work

Fewer, better. Here's the kind of thing I hand over.

05 / How I work

Find the number. Argue the point. Hand you the fix.

Move 01

Find the number

I go into your data until three numbers explain the business. Not thirty.

Move 02

Argue the point

You get a position, not a menu of options. Including the one you won't like.

Move 03

Hand you the fix

A dashboard, an automation, or a report — something in your hands, not a slide.

Manifesto

Most work adds noise. We remove it.

We compete on the smart move, not the loud one.

The tools are the weapon. The mind is the hand.

Signal over noise.

Have a mess of spreadsheets and a decision to make? Tell me what's slow.
